My name is Haley Stegman. I am a certified personal trainer and online nutrition coach and I hired Vanguard Solutions for weekly report cards that would be sent out to all of my clients. I am super thrilled with Vanguard Solutions. It is a very streamlined process.

What happens every single week is each one of my personal training and nutrition clients gets data that is sent to them about how they did for the week. This includes their sleep, their steps, their average heart rate, their nutrition goals, their workouts, et cetera.
